Vibcons Services Private Limited, established in 1985, is an engineering consultancy and technology company for cement plant maintenance, energy conservation, retrofitting and project consultancy.
A qualified engineer from the College of Engineering, Madras University, India, who graduated in 1976. He is a Master Trainer in the field of maintenance, with vast experience in cement plant machinery selection and project coordination.
He has received various awards, including the Udyog Rattan Award in 1991 for "Par Excellence Entrepreneur".
He was conferred a Doctorate in Engineering Technology by the University of Milan, Italy, for his significant contribution to condition monitoring and engineering technology.
Established Vibcons, the first to introduce preventive maintenance methodology in the cement industry, with services in vibration analysis, spectrum analysis, dynamic balancing and finite element analysis for critical speed and natural frequency studies.
Began the "Static Part Modification" technology for process fans and cyclone geometry to save energy, achieving substantial savings across numerous fans. In 2002 an article on reducing energy in fans was published in World Cement under the name of L&T Tadipatri.
Associated with a technology company behind a new tri-axial vibration sensor, a state-of-the-art product unique in vibration measurement methodology.
We are pioneers in vibration analysis, diagnostic studies and dynamic balancing, and were the first to implement predictive maintenance methodologies in the Indian cement sector in 1985. We continue those services to this day.
